How we work
No office queue, no call centre — one WhatsApp chat from the first question to the pickup.
Higo Bali Travel was started by Indra Udarayana, a former insurance salesman who found that listening properly is most of this job. Today it's a small team of vetted, English-speaking local drivers and guides who share one standard: tell guests honestly what fits into a day, and what doesn't.
You write to us on WhatsApp, we plan the day with you before you fly, and one of us is waiting outside your hotel in the morning — with cold water in the cool box, snacks, and a flask of Balinese coffee for the long stretches of road.
In high season we're often booked a few weeks ahead, so it's worth writing early. If the day you have in mind won't work, we'll say so straight away and suggest one that does — better that than taking a booking we already know will disappoint you.
